By submitting your videos you agree that in full and final consideration of the payment by me to you of £1 (the prior receipt and sufficiency of which you acknowledge):

• You grant me an irrevocable, gratis, transferrable licence to Embody your video (in whole or in part) within my video for “Bloom” and to exploit my video in any and all media in perpetuity throughoiut the World;

• You agree that I can edit and amend your video to include it within my video;

• You warrant that you own all rights in your video to allow me to use it I require and that you have obtained the permission of all people present in your video top allow me you to use their image and likeness in my video;

• You waive and agree not to assert as against me and my licensees any moral rights you or anyone else may have in your video;

• You acknowledge that I own all rights in and to my video, excluding only your rights in your video;

• You acknowledge that I shall not have any liability for any loss, damage, costs or expenses suffered by you in connection with my use of your video; 

• You indemnify me and my licensees from and against any loss or damage suffered by reason of your breach of these terms; and

• this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the High Court of Justice in London shall be the court of competent jurisdiction.
